What happens to production in the event of weather incidents or accidents?
Associates have the optional power to acquire Agricultural Insurance in addition to the guarantees provided by the company, directly and independently.
Can the Final Sale Price vary?
Yes, the value of Seven Soles (S/.7.00) per kilo of Pitahaya, planted in the field, estimated in the Business Plan is variable based on the real price at the date of sale of the product. If the sale price per kilo increases or decreases from the estimated sale price, the Associate will receive 100% of the production of his 400 pitahaya plants at the real market price.
As an Associate, can I participate in the export process in order to improve the value of production?
Yes, as long as it is the Associate who reaches the client at the destination.
Once I have paid the entry fee, will I have to make any additional payments?
No, the entry fee covers the implementation and maintenance for the first year of the field, until its first production and marketing.
Can Associates access more than one production plot?
Yes, each Assignment Contract includes a plot number according to the assigned Lot, which keeps the plots of each Associate clearly differentiated according to the Contract.

Do you have limited spaces?
Yes, since there are 6 hectares assigned, they are divided into lots of 1000 meters, therefore, the Pitahaya 2022 Project only has a capacity of 60 Associates.
What are the risks of the project?
Currently, the Company's Contingency Plan contemplates all the risks inherent to the agricultural project, such as:
Risk 1: Lack of Water
The farm is located on the right side of the Yauritambo Town Center Highway, behind the river of the same name. Also, for the dry season of the river (5 months a year), a Water Reservoir of almost 1,600,000 cubic meters has been built, which feeds the technical irrigation system.
Risk 2: Lack of replaceable cuttings
Covering any gap with the construction of two nurseries with capacity for 30,000 pitahaya cuttings.
Risk 3: Direct Labor
Our direct labor force is the community members of the area, with which we ensure their permanence in work, and we try to continue generating work for men and women of the community.
Risk 4: Qualified Professionals
The company strives to hire highly qualified professionals for each of the company's processes, assigning the leadership positions to experienced specialists in agricultural projects.
Risk 5: Corporate Social Responsibility
The company plans to develop infrastructure in the area, once it begins production through the Works for Taxes Program, granted by the Peruvian State for the benefit of the people of the community.
Risk 6: Climate Problems
The company contemplates, as an optional measure, the acquisition of Agricultural Insurance for associates to minimize any type of impact on the field.
